Talent information

Please provide only information relevant to potential work with IO. Avoid including sensitive or special-category information unless it is genuinely necessary and has been specifically requested. Submitting a CV or portfolio does not guarantee an interview, engagement or employment relationship.

Sharing your information

We do not sell personal information. We may share it with trusted service providers that support website hosting, forms, email, cloud storage, security, professional services or recruitment administration, and with advisers or authorities where legally required. We only share what is reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose.

International transfers

Some service providers may process information outside the UK. Where UK data protection law requires safeguards, we use recognised transfer mechanisms or rely on an applicable adequacy arrangement.

How long we keep information

  • General, client and partner enquiries: normally up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for an active relationship, contract, legal claim or legal obligation.

  • Contract, tax and accounting records may be retained for longer where required by law or legitimate record-keeping needs.
  • Cookie data is retained according to the duration shown in the website Cookie Settings or relevant cookie information.

Marketing

Submitting an enquiry, CV or partnership proposal does not automatically subscribe you to marketing. We will only send marketing communications where permitted by law and, where required, you have chosen to receive them.

Automated decision-making

We do not currently make decisions about clients, partners or talent applicants solely by automated means where those decisions would have legal or similarly significant effects.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or receive your personal information, and to withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing. You may also have the right to object to certain processing.

Your right to object: where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object to that processing. We will consider your request in accordance with applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please do not submit unnecessary confidential or highly sensitive information through general website forms.
